Every batch is tested to ensure compliance before being released. In the walkers recipe, wheat flour is replaced by a blend of rice flour, maize flour, and potato starch. The Gluten Free Ginger and Lemon Shortbread cookie contains the same butter and sugar content as the regular shortbreads, and as is Walkers custom, they contain no artificial flavorings or colorings. As with all Walkers shortbread, Gluten Free Ginger and Lemon contains no Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMOs) and no hydrogenated fats; is suitable for vegetarians; and is OU Kosher.
