Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- Other Veggies (such us green peas, baby corn,stringbeans)
- 2 tbsp 52usa Shaoxing Premuim Cooking Wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp 52usa Pink Salt
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-frying for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender but still vibrant.
- Stir in the 52usa Shaoxing Premuim Cooking Wine and soy sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the wine to deglaze the pan.
- Season with 52usa Pink Salt and stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
